Back in Bangalore. The pendulum swings again.
Moved back to Bangalore in 2026 after twelve years in Kolkata. Now: catching up with people, building ADG Advisory, working on GenAI framework modules for GCCs.
Kolkata 2010. Bangalore 2014. Kolkata again until 2026. Now Bangalore again. The pendulum swings, and I'm back where I started the first time.
The work is ADG Advisory: GenAI framework modules for GCCs, fractional CMO work, and whatever's interesting at the intersection of AI and performance marketing. The Saptarishi agent team is running. The framework is developing. The pitches are in play.
But mostly right now: catching up with people I left behind twelve years ago. Friends I missed. Life I paused. Coffee rituals at new spots. Vinyl shops I didn't know existed.
Also: making mixers in small batches, because some things shouldn't scale.
